If you guys have better suggestions for the number of stacking please let me know because I'm sure a lot of you have something to say about this and if you like the idea of having potions stackable in a balanced way please give this post a vote and let me know what you thought of the idea in the comment section below. Now I’m sorry if I got the pixel sizes wrong and I honestly do believe that some of these numbers should change but I just went for the reasonable logic of their size because there needs to be more reasoning then it being too overpowered. Perhaps with the test combat snapshot in Java they could also test out the potion stacking to the public and then they can give their feedback on the feedback website. Now of course this could be broke but you never know until you try. Would This be a Good Thing?: Personally I think it this would be much better then just to have only one potion per slot and combat would be more exciting. Reason: They are by far the smallest version of the potion bottle and are much smaller than the Ender Pearl and the Snowball and also seeing that it doesn’t have the effects of a splash potion, it would be reasonable to make them 22 per inventory slot. Reason: They are very close when it comes to size with the Ender Pearl and the Snowball but because of that we couldn’t go more then 10. Reason: They are smaller than the previously mentioned items but because of their cylinder design we couldn’t go more then 16. So now that the math is now done time to get how many potions you can stack in one inventory slot. The normal potion bottle is actually smaller than the Ender Pearl and the Snowball items pixel wise, the splash bottle is a little bit smaller than the items, and the lingering potion is of course the smallest one of them all. So I did the calculations and there are the results. We’re also counting the pixel sizes of these items as well to see how much inventory space the player will have in one slot so we need to think more about this. Now the potion bottles also have a small cylinder to them also well making their shape change. It is similar to Wither, but it drains health faster and it cannot kill (it does, however, reduce the player s health all the way to 1 ( )). Poison is an effect that inflicts damage over time. For the effect in Minecraft Dungeons, see MCD:Poison. That’s why the Ender Pearl and Snowball can’t be stacked to 64 but instead to 16. For the fatal effect in Bedrock Edition, see Fatal Poison. They are spheres too so they take up more space in the inventory then the other more cubic materials. So we know that the bottles have some sphere shapes in them similar to Snowballs and Ender Pearls. My suggestion is this: Make potions stackable but make it so it’s balanced. So we all know that potions can’t be stacked because it would be too overpowered but does it need to be every type of potion bottle? Over the years we’ve experienced Splash potions and Lingering potions and their sizes have changed so we should be able to do something about this.
